Evidence recycling

Definition

The system reuses previously verified information so people do not have to re-prove identity or harm repeatedly. Evidence recycling applies continuity of state to documentation as well as to case status.

Burden

Tests that show it is in place

  • Previously verified identity or harm evidence auto-attaches to new cases.
  • Continuity of state is applied to evidence across workflows and channels.
