Invisible fallbacks

Definition

Hidden behaviors that appear under stress — shadow queues, silent throttling, or undocumented overrides. They hide who can halt harm, reverse the decision, or repair what cannot be undone. They should be brought into the open as prepared routes to reverse decisions and rehearsed during scheduled maintenance.
