What is Justified Delegation?
Justified delegation is a delegation whose authority, evidence, and correction capacity are all still in force today.
A justified delegation is one whose grant sits in an allowed state, whose policy records have not expired, and whose correction obligation is still resourced. Justification is a present-tense property of the delegation, not a fact about the review that approved it.
Teams use it to replace the question of whether a launch was approved with the question of whether the delegation would be approved again on today's evidence.
