Why these tools were retired
The System Auditor reviewed prompt text with regular expressions. Its score could not establish whether an institution could reverse a decision. The Governance Gap Score duplicated the delegation audit with fewer questions. Both now redirect to the Delegation audit, which records self-reported answers and does not verify them.
The Capacity Forecaster, Maintenance Simulator, and Maintenance Debt Calculator modeled general operational planning. Their URLs now redirect to Diagnostics. The general agent prompt packs and installation interface are also retired.
The Ethics Audit Scorecard was retired on October 1, 2026. It scored transparency, accountability, fairness, privacy, sustainability, and power. That is a general ethics checklist, not the six safeguards this site measures. Its URL now opens the self-test, which asks one question for each safeguard. Its source remains in the public repository's history.
These materials remain available for historical reference. They are not maintained tools or evidence that a deployment has effective corrective authority. The Record conformance checker remains available to check specific properties of a record stream.
